Follow the prompts. Google will dial your phone, you answer, then Google dials our phone. Remember to click the "End Call" button to hang up at the end of the call. 

If you get our voicemail, it's because we're busy cutting, tumbling or packaging rings.  We may be in the weave testing lab or enroute to the Post Office to drop off today's orders.  We DO return phone calls.

Please leave enough detail in your message for us to do some homework before we return your call.  The best time of day for a return call & your phone number.  We don't use caller ID.
