If you get our voicemail, it's because we're busy cutting, tumbling or packaging rings. We may be in the weave testing lab or enroute to the Post Office to drop off today's orders. We DO return phone calls. We're usually in the office from 9am - 5pm M-F Pacific Time.
Please leave enough detail in your message for us to do some homework before we return your call. Tell us the best time of day for a return call & make sure to leave your phone number. We don't use caller ID.
