Shipping:
Presently we ship orders the day after they are cut. If you need your order sooner, please let us know. We are happy to try to accommodate you. Our standard shipping is USPS Priority with delivery confirmation, however if you desire a different shipping method, please include it in the comments section at checkout or email us, we can ship USPS Express, Fed Ex and UPS. International shipping is via USPS Priority International mail.
Returns:
We know that occasionally returns will happen. We want everyone to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you place a standard order and are unhappy with the quality of the merchandise, we will happily refund your money. Due to their nature, we will not accept returns or refund money on special orders. In the event we make a mistake filling an order (and it does happen *sigh*) we will replace your order with the correct merchandise and ship the replacement order at our cost, once you return the incorrect merchandise to us.
